RE‘s approach was two-fold, strategic and creative. The website was revamped to address their client avatars (residential vs commercial), focusing on a B2C, 60 second booking feature and localised suburb landing pages. An ongoing blog schedule was also implemented and is being leveraged through their social media channels. Our creative efforts redefined the brand with a comprehensive style guide, visuals to empathise with the client’s pain points and reinforcing their USP of “One Call Does It All!”
The outcome included the production of a professional, clear and sleek website and aggressive social media and blog strategy. This along with the creation of over 2800 custom suburb landing pages, resulted in over 5000 targeted followers and a 30% increase in website traffic within only 2 months of the site being launched.
