Our strategic approach began with a thorough research of their marketplace to understand the challenges faced by their target demographic when considering making the change to village living. RE devised a creative solution to produce several interactive lifestyle videos to capture the true essence of life at their resort. Actual residents were used to add authenticity, in addition to showcasing the resort‘s top homes and their excellent facilities. Blogs and articles were also compiled to assist with their social media and advertising efforts.
A 3-part video series was produced which highlighted Claremont Resort’s culture and the unique lifestyle of its residents. The series also shared the features and benefits of a Claremont home, in addition to addressing the challenges and fears prospective buyers faced when considering to leave their family home.
